ok ppl i have devised a little book or page abouth what to do and well what not to do so here it is

1. never i mean never eat honey
2. always eat jam
3. eat jam at least one time a week
4. sometimes make homemade jam
5. and never eat jam without tosting your bread

do these steps and you might get a reward
